Founded in 2005, Company Jones Media is a full-service, independent, creative and marketing shop. From concepting and writing, to production and post, Company Jones brings a unique sensibility to the marketing process from inception to delivery. 

Company Jones is client-centric, focusing on radical ideas, new marketing strategies, and unconventional thinking.  Clients as diverse as large broadcast networks (NBC, ABC, FOX) and top-tier cable channels (FX Network, AMC, and G4), to smaller production companies, have trusted us to handle their most important projects.

Company Jones understands that the landscape of media marketing is changing.  Budgets are shrinking, television and online are converging, and no one wants to sacrifice quality.  By keeping overhead low and schedules tight, Company Jones is able to deliver great product with exceptional cost value.  Company Jones understands the pressures clients are under to control costs yet maintain high-end standards, because we come from the client world.

Victor Otero is an award-winning Writer, Producer, Editor and Director.   His creative aptitude was fostered as a young child growing up in Miami’s Cuban community.  After studying film at the University of Miami, Victor began his career producing and editing promos at Barry Diller’s USA Broadcasting in Miami, WAMI-TV.  Helping WAMI win a record-breaking 10 Promax Awards in its first broadcasting year, Victor then relocated to Los Angeles, working as a promo “preditor” before joining Fox Broadcasting.  For nearly 4 years, Victor worked his way up in Fox’s Special Ops department, from Senior Writer-Producer to Creative Manager. 

Overseeing a large team of editors, mixers, graphic designers, writers, and producers, Victor encouraged creative growth while fostering an environment of diversity in the Special Ops department. Looking for a new creative challenge, Victor moved on to G4 Media, a growing “lifestyle” cable network targeting young men. At G4, Victor directed numerous promos, oversaw creative stunts and campaigns, and spearheaded viral marketing initiatives.  With a proven track record of outstanding creative and marketing know-how, Victor brings his strong network experience and distinctive point-of-view to Company Jones Creative.
